I am the first person in the world to earn an ITIL qualification. 94 of you can call me a liar but the other 100's of 1000's of you can eat my shorts because my manager's certificate is number 95. What does this mean? I'm old, very old, and that is the long and short of it. What about ITIL? I have been working with ITIL since I got number 95 and I really, really believe in it. Well, what bit of ITIL wouldn't you do ....? However, I don't believe in old boys networks, evangelists. marketeers, and profit mongering and ITIL is thick with them. I hope I've come to the right place.
