revisiting agile CSI

Lately I'm realising that my Tipu CSI method incorporated a lot of concepts being talked about these days :

- start with CSI
- Agile CSI: sprints, limited WIP, small teams design and implement, smaller units of work...
- grass-roots champions
- doing CSI as BAU not project: it's "continual" dammit
- don't make one person or team own CSI, everyone else cops out
- don't "do ITIL"
- don't improve great lumps of process, get granular

It breaks my heart that Tipu didn't get more momentum. I suck at marketing, I let Tipu down. It deserves better.
