Hi Skeptic!

My bloglines widget told me that a new article in itsmwatch has been published. I opened my firefox, and pointed it to the new article. I started reading and it sounded familiar... the style, the agresivity... and the I looked on top to read who was writing it, and there it was the surprise!

So now you are a columnist for ITSM Watch? :-) You are welcome!

regards, and hope to read new articles soon!
