Serious contributions from the IT Skeptic
It's not all satire and scorn for the IT Skeptic. At times he comes up with some serious contributions to the ITSM community. Lately these include a series of 6 webinars for ManageEngine. (You can view the previous webinars there). Next one is 4th October, on "Improving service quality: service desk metrics".
[Update: and the very next day at a time better suited to our side of the planet, listen in when I do an itSMF webinar on "Cowboys, Acrobats and Rainmakers", the keynote presentation that never was. We switched topics for the itSMF Australia national conference so that I could talk about Tipu instead. A number of you were looking forward to the original topic, so here it is just for you.
Of course just because the webinars are serious doesn't mean they don't still come from my own peculiar view of the ITSM world :) So for a fresh perspective, listen in next week.
