FSC or bust

I have had a few organizations drop the Forward and call it a Schedule of Change(s).

The biggest reason was semantics...they wanted to track all changes including some of the historical and current changes being implemented. The concern is that inclduign "Forward" involves looking ahead, focus on new work, not on what was done well or not so well in the past....but dropping the forward part meant that keeping changes open until a formal review was done is easier. Avoids arguments with pedantics who argue that since it is a Forward Schedule, what is behind us no longer matters.

Change Calendar

for better or worse that's what it's called at my current location.
