Why companies change their ITSM tool

I think he missed the main reasons that people change ticketing tools (and many other categories):

1) our culture is screwed and we think a new tool will fix it.

2) our process is screwed and we think a new tool will fix it.

3) our knowledge is screwed and we think a new tool will fix it.

4) our data is screwed and we think a new tool will fix it.

5) we didn't spend enough money on training or implementation so we use the tool badly.

6) nobody owns or maintains the tool so it has fallen into disrepair

7) I used this other tool in my last job

8) we need to spend the last of the budget quickly
