Hello to PINK14 and TFT14 attendees

Hi there. I'm guessing - and of course hoping - that a few of you reading this are new to the IT Skeptic blog, led here by my presenting at TFT14 online virtual conference or PINK14 real conference. If so, welcome, haere mai! (I'm a Kiwi)

Here are a few blog links that I thought salient to such newcomers:

At both PINK14 and TFT14 I'm speaking about Meet in the Middle: Slow IT and Fast IT.

At PINK14 I'm also presenting on
The Cult of the Customer: should it always be customer first?
Raising IT: don't let IT fall victim to bad parenting.
and running a workshop on my major work from last year, Standard+Case, a new approach to service response.

Perhaps it is worth pointing out that I don't think real-world conferences are going away any time soon.

There is a page for exploring this blog, and my favourite way to navigate is the topics page. You may well ask what is this blog (good) for?.

Finally, feel free to contact me: I'd love to hear from you. You can find me on Google+, twitter, email, or - if you must - Facebook.
